Wabu Web Design builds websites for roofing companies that need the phone to ring after a storm, not just a nice-looking page. Every roofing site we build is mobile-first, hosted and maintained by us, and set up for local search from day one. Plans start at $99 a month.
What should a roofing company website include?
A roofing website needs a separate page for each service you sell (repair, full replacement, inspections, storm and hail damage, gutters if you offer them), clear service-area information, photos of real jobs, and a phone number that is one tap away on a phone. Homeowners with a leak are usually searching from their phone, so the call button matters more than anything else on the page.
- Individual service pages so Google can match “roof repair” and “roof replacement” searches to the right page
- A service-area section listing the towns you actually work in
- Project photos and before-and-after shots from your own crews
- Your Google reviews and a link to your Google Business Profile
- A short quote request form plus click-to-call on every page
How much does a roofing website cost?
With Wabu, a roofing website costs $99 a month plus a $299 startup fee on the Basic plan, or $199 a month plus a $499 startup fee on the Advanced plan. If you would rather pay once, flat-fee sites start at $2,000 for up to five pages, with hosting at $80 a month. Full details are on our pricing page.
| Plan | Monthly | Startup | Good fit for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $99 | $299 | A roofer who needs a solid site with core service pages |
| Advanced | $199 | $499 | Roofers who want more customization, features and plugins |
| Flat Fee | $80 hosting | From $2,000 | Companies that prefer to own the build outright (up to 5 pages) |
Can a website help my roofing company show up on Google Maps?
Yes. Your website and your Google Business Profile work together, and the website is one of the strongest signals for map rankings. We set up on-page SEO and keyword research as part of the build, and we can help you set up or clean up your Google Business Profile so it points to the right pages.
For roofers working in more than one county, we can add pages for the towns you serve so each area has something specific to rank for. Our advanced SEO packages add off-page work for companies in competitive markets.
How long does it take to build a roofing website?
Most sites are finished in four to six weeks. The main thing that slows a project down is waiting on photos, service lists and logins, so having your job photos ready helps.
What happens after the site goes live?
We keep hosting, security, updates, backups and the SSL certificate running for the life of the site. You can send unlimited edits by email (new storm-season banner, a new service, updated photos) and we handle them within 48 hours. Full redesigns are separate.
Roofing website FAQ
Do I own my domain?
Yes. You buy and keep your domain name, and you’re responsible for renewing it. On the flat-fee plan the site is yours once the design fee is paid.
Can you redo the website I already have?
Yes. We do redesigns often. We can rebuild your current roofing site and keep the pages that are already bringing in calls.
Do you only work with roofers near Charlotte?
No. We are based in Cornelius, North Carolina, and we build sites for roofing contractors all over the country. Everything is handled by phone and email.
Do you also do HVAC and plumbing websites?
Yes. See our HVAC website design, plumber website design and contractor website design pages.
